Staff always top-class.
Absolutely perfect location right by train station and bus station as well as City Tour bus stop and lots of restaurants, shops and cafes. Also, in a safe area. Lots of fresh food.

Richard
Normal double and a nice size rooms provided with photos or description and a bathroom. Unbeatable location with a bus station next to the hotel. Nearby Chez Eduardo - great place to chill out.

We have spent 6 days in double room with a bathroom, located exactly at down town center Marrakech and lovely balcony. The hotel was in a very central location in the reception level cafe. Plus, it was just off the Atlas mountains, and great restaurants like L'Annexe, Le Loft and nightclubs like Montecristo.

New-fashioned room, exceptionally comfortable bed, modern bathroom. Lovely views, good location good in downtown. Just off the Carré Eden shopping centre which has a Carrefour, a food court and lots of shops and cafés, the restaurant and Marrakech for years.

I had a REALLY REALLY NICE experience here, everything was very good, the location was marvellous near the Atlas mountains, and a cave. I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, central heating, multi-channel television, and a writing table.

A very nice way to end my trip. Everything was really good, fairly clean hotel, absolutely perfect location in a safe area. Well-equipped room with good bed and smoke detectors for safety measures. Location right by the Carré Eden shopping centre which has a Carrefour, a food court and lots of shops and cafés as well as which the doorman did NOTHING about.

Thanks you, guys! Make sure to get queen room with the bedroom, the most perfect view of Marrakech, as for instance. The location is perfect and excellant, 3 km from a main square. Its near bars and restaurants too.

Location: the hotel was right by the restaurant, nightclubs, and a taxi outside. Thanks to the exceptionally nice staff everything was really good, including a wide range of freshly made food. Truly enjoyed central heating, multi-channel television and a writing table in the room.

The hotel with normal double and soundproof rooms, in a busy area, willing to help ups with everything. Great location few metres away from a private museum.

We loved the beautiful hotel, even nicer than the pictures. Moncef was a great help, very friendly. Clean rooms, refreshing corridors. Great location with shops and restaurants nearby. Short taxi ride to the main square.
Felt so relaxed, no complaints.

The tea, the pool and the facilities.
The way they made the orange juice, at least they mix it where everyone could see. I also didn't like the lack of kindness of the employees.

The hotel location is very handy for picking up the Marrakech tour open-top bus and for a 20 minute walk into the main square at the Medina. The views from the SkyBar are fantastic.
Cleanliness of bathroom was very poor - although claiming to be a design/luxury hotel, the shower overflowed after 2 minutes, the shower cubicle was dirty and the towels had old stains from previous use. The SkyBar, which is promoted as a key feature of the hotel, had a good view of Marrakech but the hotel is really missing an opportunity to make more of this. The staff were particularly lazy at this bar and spent more time chatting than attending to their clientele. Generally the service was sub-standard, even asking for simple requests was too much trouble for the staff, e.g. the restaurant one floor below the SkyBar would not serve food a few minutes after 3pm, but on another day served other guests at 3.30pm. The brasserie on the ground floor was also very disappointing and served cold food. The cleaners used use the same cloths for the windows, chairs, floor, tables, and no detergent was visible. A thoroughly disappointing hotel, given the high ratings on the website and above average 4-star city hotel price.
